Lak
Tewari is a Graduate with Economics from Allahabad University
and Master of Business Administration from the Motilal
Nehru Institute of Research & Business Administration,
Allahabad, with over 20 years in-depth and diversified
experience, primarily as a Management Consultant and
Project Manager in corporate and development sectors
as well as government bodies.

Prior to his current position, he was a management consultant
with Price Waterhouse (now PwC), Thakur Vaidyanath Aiyar
& Co., & Administrative Staff College of India,
Hyderabad. His stint in the corporate sector (Apollo
Tyres Ltd) was as Manager Corporate Affairs and Executive
Assistant to the Chairman, responsible for coordinating
and facilitating group corporate planning, management
& financial reviews of group companies, macro environment
analysis and executive briefs for the Chairman. Major
work areas as a management consultant included organization
restructuring, systems review and upgradation, preparation
of detailed project reports for assistance by financial
institutions, developing management information systems
and financial management systems. He remains a keen
sportsman , with special interest in hockey, in which
he was the Captain of the College hockey team.
